IKEA PS: Jesper Kouthoofd

The IKEA PS (post scriptum) collection is the Swedish brand’s carefully curated, design-centric line of products created in collaboration with various independent designers, only once every several years.

IKEA KNÄPPA is presented as being the world's cheapest digital camera. It is made out of one piece folded cardboard, a single circuit board for all electronics, a camera sensor and integrated USB connector. The cardboard enclosure is secured by two plastic screws.

The KNÄPPA camera was invented and designed by Teenage Engineering who worked very closely with IKEA to make this project become a reality.
