FAILE by Ride5 Films

A few months ago, the independent doc filmmakers from Ride5 Films interviewed the guys behind FAILE, two iconic Brooklyn-based street artists whose work has gone from being splashed on city walls to featured at the MOMA.

The five-minute short film explores the motivation and the message behind their art. It sheds light on why they make it, how they make it and how they hope people will interact with it. It focuses on the use of the 1986 Space Shuttle Challenger imagery in their work

The film is visually striking and offers a unique perspective on why artists like FAILE seek to create living, breathing street art.
